What do you do to unwind?
We are so busy during the day and at night that we have to find ways to unwind and get a little "me" time. What do you do?

I pray, read get online for a while and/or take a bath and relax.

When not hiding in the bathroom, if it is an indoor day and I'm unwinding with my daughter we pull out her preemie clothes and dress up her babies. If I need a break from EVERYONE I either walk the dogs or go for a long run. At least until the mountain lions scare the crap outta me!
