I just finished the Cleveland walk yesterday and I'm all "abuzz" from it!

In 2002, I participated as a volunteer for the Atlanta 3 Day Walk. I raised over $5,000 as if I were a walker. It was the best volunteer event I have ever participated in. My cousin, Nikki, lost her battle to breast cancer at the young age of 31, leaving behind her husband, three year old son and many family & friends.

I lived in New Orleans at the time and Atlanta was the closest location for me. I encourage anyone who has a weekend to spare and wants to help, should jump on board. There is an energy at this event unlike any other.

Absolutely! Anyone who has the inkling (or a moment of insanity) to do this should. It is sooo worth it. I'm so crazy, I'm going to do it again! Congrats on raising so much. My mom and I raised $5500 together and I was thrilled about it. They said that the Cleveland walk raised 3.1 million! Awesome stuff!!
