Hi I am so excited to find this site. I own my own ecommerce embroidery business http://www.myembroideredgifts.com My mom got me started doing machine embroidery more than 10 years ago. After my secon son was born I decided it was a great way to work from home. My business has slowly grown as I had more time. I also just recently accepted the position of Director of Operations for the Northa Alabama site of http://www.citymommy.com a great site where moms in the North Alabama area can mingle and share ideas, find information about events or shopping. It is lots of fun. I look forward to sharing business ideas!

Hi everyone, I just joined Hybrid moms~looks like a fun site! I work PT outside the home as an IT/Project Specialist, I write web content for a local (Minneapolis) online mom's magazine and I also have an online business which features earth friendly products and information on living the green life. I graduated (mid90's) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental studies and Forest Resources and later continued my education in Information Technology.
I look forward to sharing thoughts, ideas and advice and best of all supporting each other.

Hi,
I own/run a video production company. I started it 3 years ago while I was working & commuting full time at Cbs news as a staff videotape editor. In the last year I had my son Luke, quit my staff job, went freelance and have been growing my business. I am very lucky in the sense that I absolutely love what I do. Editing is my passion! That is why I can put Luke to bed at night, clean up a little, wind down from my day, walk upstairs to my studio and start working at 10pm. If I am still editing when the sun comes up the next morning, that's a great day of work for me!

Hello I am new to Mom Business Owners group and the Hybrid mom Community although I have been receiving emails for a while. I am a new business owner but also work part time in the work force until my new business won't allow me to anymore (looking forward to that day)! My business is a virtual admin business, L & D's Business Services. I started this business of virtual admin because my career over the last 12 years has been that of providing administrative support and I love doing it. I don't have any advice but welcome any support from the veterans out there.
