What is your biggest challenge being WOHM (Work outside the home mom)?
Mine is finding that elusive balance. A friend of mine says "Angela, balance is the thing I pass as I swing from one extreme to another." I feel that is so true for me a lot of times. I admit, I'm getting MUCH better in this area, but it's still a daily challenge for me!

I work everyday in the next town, from 9-2, while my 5 year old is in school. he attends from 8:30 until 3:00. The biggest challenge for me is how to stay calm and focused while getting everything that my son, husband I need from 3PM on....family time (husband works nights), winding down from school for my little guy, me from work...oh, wait...that doesn't happen...lol....homework, dinner, bath and everything in between. There are days when I keep saying to myself, I will get through this and my husband and I have one child!! The cleaning and organizing of our home is HUGE to me, and, i still have a tough time of figuring out how to keep up with my house, laundry and everything else around here! We are finding the balance, slowly, but surely, I am working since September after being home for the last 5 years...it has NOT been easy, but, it is worth it.

It gave some really great tips and while I don't do all of them all the time, I have found that some of them have made life just a little less stressful for me!
