Share 'Back to work after delivery'

I am wondering how many mom business owners went back to work alot earlier than planned. I am having to work much earlier than I had planned to stay home with my newborn. However, my job can be home based. My partner and I have a plan to take care of the baby ourselves. But, I wanted to know how some of the mommy/business owners handled this process.
