Busy Mom to my 6 year old son Tyler and Fat Loss Coach for Women both on and offline.
From one mom to another, my words of wisdom are:
Take time for yourself - even if it is just 5 minutes of doing Nothing.
What makes you hybrid?
Definitely taking on the role of mom, wife and business partner and entrepreneur - due to running an online business at home - and shared with my husband- my role is quite unique. Fitness is an everyday part of my life and my family's life as I juggle the role of managing a business and leading by example.
Hi Holly,
I live just outside J-Town, in one of those newer developments near the Gene Snyder. I'm actually next door to Blackacre Nature Preserve. Maybe we can get together sometime on a Friday. I would love to meet you. I hope all went well with your son last week (I saw that he was going for tests in your comments). Best, Eileen
Hi Holly,
We are (almost) neighbors; I'm in Louisville. I am intrigued by your program and nearly ordered it yesterday. I probably still will! I can't wrap my mind around how I could get my cardio-vascular system up to speed w/ 15 mins. a day. But I need to read it again, as I'm quite possibly wrong. You do look great, BTW!
Thanks for checking out my blog! I will keep you and your son in my prayers! I bet you were so scared when your son had a seizure; I know I would! I read your website and I am very interested in your program. I am still a bit confused as to what your program includes. It must be a great program judging on how great you look! Here is my email address if you have any material you could send me to help me understand what your program includes: cutie84192@cs.com. Thanks again for checking my out! I look forward to hearing from you!
Move is not happening!! 5 weeks before the big day, there were some bumps that made us rethink it all. Planning for another hot and exciting summer in So Cal ;)
Hi Holly--just checked out your website. Very intriguing. I am thinking that I may have to jump on board. My late 30s are making me think I need something new! Ugh.
Hi again Holly. Thanks for the info & response. The best/quickest description of my inability--although I do have a quad in my right leg, I have no use/control of it. I basically use my lower back muscles to walk (ouch!). Lunges, squats, and the like are all things that I cannot do.
Welcom Holly! I just joined here myself. I am very intersted in your program. I'll have to check it out. I have about 10 more lbs of baby weight (or ice cream) to lose.
Hi Holly
Welcome! I was just looking at your website. Very interesting!! Quick question... is your program adaptable for someone with physical/mobility issues, and a gluten intolerance? (I had polio as a baby and therefore lack ability to do certain types of physical activities.)
Between my kids and all the toys I’m playing with lately…I’m not sure where to start…but ok, “tis the season” let’s talk toys.
First a note….I will talk about all toys that I like. I will let you know why I like them…why your kids will like them....
We love The Real Housewives of New Jersey! Hell, we love all "real" housewives for that matter. Today, the definition of housewife has taken on a whole new meaning, as evidenced at our event this past Friday night with the stars of The Real Housew...
