I'm a 33 year old wife and mother of three heathens. I have metastatic medullary cancer, MEN2a, and more medical issues than a doctor's journal! *smile*
I'm easy to get along with and look forward to meeting other moms
From one mom to another, my words of wisdom are:
Don't rush your kids to grow up because later when they are getting ready to become adults you're going to miss your little one and wish life had gone a little slower.
What makes you hybrid?
I would say the way I look at life and who I am now. For almost 30 years I was a tall, skinny, pretty, mom of three really great kids and then suddenly I became a mom who had two forms of cancer, a weird disorder, and missing organs. Next I became the mother of two young cancer survivors, and now I'm not only a survivor but a huge advocate of living your life with no regrets. You'll never regret not mowing the lawn or not doing the dishes but you will regret not reading that story to your toddler or not snuggling with your kids before bedtime. Live in the now.
