A man came home from work and found his three children outside, still in their pajamas, playing in the mud, with empty food boxes and wrappers strewn all around the front yard.

As far as the exercise goes, I do design my workout programs around full body, resistance training moves that cam be done at home...so beginning with a lot of body weight movements (squats, lunges, upper body push and pull moves along with core movements too) that progress to more challenging moves that give you the option to add weights and use stability balls and medicine balls....so for me not knowing what you can and cannot do - I hope this gives you an idea - there are always modifications that can be suggested with each exercise.
As far as your intolerances go - not an issue for I emphasize eating who natural foods with the majority - if not all - foods coming from lean proteins and fresh (or frozen) fruits and veggies....complex carbs are optional and I suggest keeping to a minimum anyway.
