I live in the Chicago suburbs and I'm a wife, mom, group fitness instructor, and writer just to name a few. I recently published a book about pet loss called "Remembering Ruby: For Families Living Beyond the Loss of a Pet" (available on Amazon!) Hey Melissa: Nice to e-meet you. My gosh, we could be twins! We live in the same general area, do the same things, have written books (though mine comes out next year), and have grieved pets! Though I don't teach fitness--nor do I get anywhere near enough exercise. : )
