As far as being paid.. samples yes, the occasional celeb/swag shindig and a little fun change here and there, but nothing to live off of. I think you have to own the site to make any real money. Car and Caboodle is really new, I have a partner in the venture and we are hoping, praying, for syndication someday and a sale of the site. First we have to actually get some readers there though! And we are moving to a new format on Moveable Type, cleaning up the categories etc.

There is actually a decent Chinese place in Laguna Niguel at Alicia and Niguel road - New Mandarin Garden. My kids love the fishtanks.

I'm having a huge blowout clearance sale of my clothing line 10-2 Friday and Saturday (29 Winfield Drive in Ladera) - Stop by if you have a chance, I'd love to meet you and will give you a couple of free twirly sets for your daughters. I'm so jealous. Mine are too big to wear the line now. We're just doing Francie Pants going forward.
