Hi Moms,

Are you looking to start a writing career or pen your first book? Are you an accomplished writer and have advice to share with newbies? We'd love for you to join this group.
I'm a Pre-K teacher, wife, and business owner. I consider myself an Early Childhood Professional and advocate for young children and their families. It's what drove me to start a business that provides customized solutions for busy moms who balance the loads of work, home, or life.
On the side, I invest in real estate, run an Amway business, tutor young children and in April of next year, I will welcome my first child and began my own balancing act. I'm looking forward to being a mom, and to getting to know other moms that are doing what they love.
From one mom to another, my words of wisdom are:
As a teacher of young children, I've been blessed to see lots of children take their first step and speak their first word. I've also seen many moms load themselves with guilt for not being able to witness these things themselves. My word of wisdom would be, to do what you can in the time you have, because its never too late to create new 'first moments'.
What makes you hybrid?
I've always applauded the mothers that never apologized for going after their goals while taking care of their families. I think that deep down, I always new I would be one of them. I'm a wife, friend, teacher, daughter, and, soon to be, mother. I'm already trying to fit in time for myself amongst all the other roles. But at the end of the day, I wouldn't choose one for the other, because there are so many blessing I receive from each of those roles and relationships.
