- A professional technology Project Manager, I've always worked in the corporate world. I have two great kids and the best husband in the world.
- From one mom to another, my words of wisdom are:
- There's no such thng as "work/life "balance". You have to make decisions every day as to which way you're going to tip the scale, just to try to tip it back the other way the next day. Accept it.
- What makes you hybrid?
- Last year I decided to do something for myself and my family - I started a custom cake business. Always a hobby, I incorporated and built a website, and the business has been steadily coming in ever since. I work 6-7 days a week now, but hopefully it will all work out and I'll be able to leave the corporate world and just run the cake business. More time with the kids and hubby, less stress and loving what I do - what a concept!
