I'm a working mom of three trying to make sense of the work-life juggle and sharing my insights, thoughts and tips on my blog, The Integrated Mother. Professionally, I'm a former Human Resources professional who parlayed more than a decade in that field to reinvent myself as a freelance writer. I'm also an adjunct professor teaching undergraduate- and graduate- courses in English, entrepreneurship and organizational behavior.
I'm a running momma and am usually in-training for a 1/2 marathon; I try to do 3-4 a year.

What makes you hybrid?
I'm a hybird because I my life is a blend of many different interests that tie into a well-rounded mom! I don't subscribe to the "normal" conventions of a working mom and re-designed my work/life in a way that works for me. Sure...it's not always perfect, but it's my perfect. :)
Hi Michele! I completely related to you "About Me" section. I am now in my late twenties, one child, great husband, and the proverbial "white picket fence" to boot with the sunsetting behind it each day no less! And I do find myself at a crossroads, feeling somewhat unfulfilled when I should certainly be grateful! It's nice to see I'm not the only one starting a new journey when I am a point in my life that I thought I would have it all figured out. :-)
Between my kids and all the toys I’m playing with lately…I’m not sure where to start…but ok, “tis the season” let’s talk toys.
First a note….I will talk about all toys that I like. I will let you know why I like them…why your kids will like them....
