opinions needed

Tell me what you think! I have the opportunity to buy a black friday vendor site. This site is exclusively for a vendor party only on black friday. I still have many questions for the owner, followups and such. And I would just make a few slight changes. But I'd like to know...would you pay $5 for a slot on the busiest shopping night of the year??? I do vendor fairs anyway, and get a pretty good turnout.
